SCHEDULE OF EVENTS :

6:30-7:15 Buffet Style Dinner - Pizza, Salas, Drinks, and Dessert

6:30-7:00 Scouts and Akela vote on their choices for the Design and Building Competition

6:50-7:00 Friends of Scouting Presentation

7:00-7:15 Pinewood Derby Awards

7:15-8:00 Entertainment - Mad Science of Birmingham

8:00-8:30 Clean-up

We will need 5 volunteers, one for each rank and one akela, to come and eat early so they can sit with the cars to assist the participants in voting for the three categories.
a. I will send out an e-mail to the Pack asking for volunteers.
b. This volunteer will be responsible for tallying the votes at their table when the voting is closed.

We will need each Den to police and clean up their area after the banquet is over.
